About the licensing fee

The monthly fee, $80, covers the use of our behind the scenes engineering, (it is a lease to use). We have spent over a year developing these systems so we can produce sites like this. If the client were to pay a one off price to buy a site with this functionality prices normally start out at about $3500. Initially there is a 12 month contract on the monthly payment, after this period the client can opt out at anytime with 30 days notice.
In a nutshell, the monthly payment is a license fee for the engineering that makes the site so easy to use and so functional. This is how we, in the long term, make the sites pay for themselves. We have two programmers working full time on making the system better. As long as the client uses the system, they will continue to reap the benefits of this ongoing development.
Why ongoing development?
Internet technology and trends are moving so fast that the only way to keep the websites effectively found and meeting the quick information mindset, is to constantly evolve and tune. By us doing this to the system that the websites run on, it has a much better chance of being successful. This is not feasible as a one off stand alone entity unless there's a constant pile of money to throw at the situation, our system gives the client the benefits but the load is spread across all those using the system.
